I really enjoy this brand's ethos and company profile. The yerba itself is very nice. It's a robust and flavourful Paraguayan style yerba with added catuava which adds a lovely aftertaste. After about 750ml, it starts to wash out. After 1lt it is lavado, All in all, I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a medium to full bodied mate great for in the morning or early afternoon.

Fede Rico is an organic yerba mate from an ecological Paraguayan plantation, grown without any chemical inputs. Unlike many other mate brands, Fede Rico is distinguished by its slow maturation, a thoughtful balance of leaves, and minimal stem content, which gives it a stronger, richer flavor and makes it resilient over multiple infusions. Fede Rico is ideally suited for experienced yerba mate drinkers seeking a powerful, deeply structured taste.
