IL Capitano Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Mate Planet Europe s.r.o. ("Organizer"), operator of enisay.eu.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date of publication and ends on 26 June at 23:59 CET. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

The winners will be announced on 27 June.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law.

Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, entrants must:

1. Purchase an IL Capitano product from the Organizer.
2. Have registered personal account on enisay.eu.
3. Follow @enisay.eu on either Instagram or TikTok.

After the successfull purchase the participant will receive an email with the unique number/s for participation . The more IL Capitano packs purchased and registered, the more chances a participant has to win.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The Organizer will contact winners using the contact details provided during registration.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the winners at the address provided after confirmation. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by participants.

8. Publicity

By participating, winners agree that their first name, last initial, and/or social media username may be used by the Organizer for giveaway-related promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.

Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway or violate these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
