Sourced from the Huangshan (黄山) region in Anhui province, this powdered yellow tea is crafted from traditional Huang Da Cha (黄大茶), one of the classic representatives of Chinese yellow tea. The leaves undergo a carefully controlled “yellowing” process (闷黄, mèn huáng), which gently transforms their structure and develops a signature soft, rounded character. After processing, the tea is finely ground into a modern powder form that preserves its natural identity while making it more versatile and accessible.

The flavor profile is smooth, mellow, and naturally sweet, with delicate grain-like and nutty undertones and very low astringency. Compared to greener teas, it offers a calmer and more harmonious drinking experience, which becomes even more expressive in powdered form.
