Sourced from Anxi in Fujian province, the birthplace of the renowned Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy), this finely ground oolong captures the essence of a traditional lightly oxidized tea in a versatile powdered form. Made from carefully selected leaves processed using classic oolong techniques—partial oxidation, shaping, and drying—the entire leaf is stone-milled into a fine powder, preserving its natural character while offering a new sensory experience.

The flavor is delicate yet expressive, with floral orchid-like notes, a smooth mouthfeel, and a gentle natural sweetness complemented by a soft creamy undertone. Brewing:
