Verdelandia Tereré Natural is a classic green mate with larger, thicker leaves and thicker twigs, preferably intended for cold preparation. Verdelandia is a traditional family business that was founded in 1985. It was one of the first in the state of Paraná to start vacuum packaging, thanks to which mate retains its freshness much longer. In addition to the traditional chimarrao, it has also focused on the production of tereré in recent years. The company takes a sustainable approach, which is why it invests intensively in reforestation and plants new Paraguayan holly trees, from which it then harvests the raw product for mate production when it reaches maturity.
