Ming Feng Shan lies in the Lincang region of southwestern Yunnan, where ancient tea trees grow at an impressive altitude of 2,100 meters—high even by Yunnan Highland standards. To preserve the unique character of each old tree, farmers harvest and process the leaves separately, using the Dan Zhu method (single-tree picking). The result is a tea with remarkable clarity and depth. Its flavor evokes ripe figs and fresh longan, with a lingering finish that intensifies into bright citrus notes.
