When you place an order on our website, the order is handed over to a member of our careful and attentive warehouse staff. They go through our extensive yerba mate warehouse and pick the correct items from the shelves. A visual inspection is conducted to ensure that the items are undamaged and have the correct expiration date (BBD - best before date).
The goods are then collected and organized at the packing station, ready to be packed into one or more of our high-quality Enisay branded boxes.
If the order includes fragile items, such as calabashes, bombillas, or certain solid packs of yerba mate, we pay special attention to wrapping these items in bubble wrap or other protective materials to ensure that nothing gets broken or damaged during shipping.
