Isondu is one of the most balanced yerba maté on the market – it ages for 24 months after processing. It is a product of an independent producer from the province of Misiones, the "promised land" of yerba maté. This version, Tradicional, has medium intensity and a fresh taste. It is dried in a hot air belt. This contributes to differences in taste compared to their barbacua version. Here we have subdued bitterness, less smoky flavor, and mild acidity. Pure and high-quality yerba maté. It contains no pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, artificial flavors, or additives. While Isondu Tradicional does not have an organic certification, the producer puts every effort into environmental care during production and guarantees a product of the highest quality.
