The Kalena brand, which prepares maté in accordance with sustainability principles, received the award for "best maté" at the Caminos y Sabores fair in July 2020 at La Rural. Just like Kalena Tradicional, Despalada is aged for 12 months, but unlike Kalena Tradicional, it does not contain stems, only medium-sized leaves and a smaller amount of powder . The flavor is complex, developing with each infusion (which can last a very long time), allowing you to discover new tones.
