Product detailed description
Hong Bi Luo is a spiraled black (also called "red") tea produced in Yuanling, western Hunan. Harvested using the classic technique of one bud and two top leaves, it grows in the organic tea garden of Liang Shui Jie at an elevation of around 1000 meters. The garden is surrounded by deep forests, virtually sealing it off from any source of pollution. The cultivar used is Fuding Xiao Ye, grown from seed—a detail that adds depth to the tea’s purity and lineage. Harvested just before the Qing Ming Festival, the leaves are expertly processed into tightly rolled spirals, giving rise to the name “Hong Bi Luo,” or “Red Jade Snail.” Its infusion shimmers with hues of reddish-brown to copper, a testament to its unique craftsmanship. The flavor is gentle yet enchantingly sweet, with malted caramel notes weaving through each sip.Additional parameters
