This tea, grown in Huoshan County in Anhui Province, is also known as the "Great Yellow of Huoshan," based on the literal translation of its Chinese name. The large leaves of this tea are harvested from bushes also used to produce Huo Shan Huang Ya yellow tea. The harvest takes place in mid-April. As the name suggests, Huo Shan Huang Da Cha yellow tea has very large leaves mixed with tea stems. Unlike the heavily roasted Huo Shan Huang Da Cha, our traditional Huang Da Cha is less roasted and contains fewer stems. The stems are added to the tea to enhance its sweetness, thanks to the natural sugars found in them.Additional parameters
