Our Toso Rosé Brut sparkling wine is 95% Chardonnay and 5% Malbec made from grapes in the vineyards 720 meters above sea level fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, and foamed carbonated using the Charmat method slowly and gently at a temperature between 16-18°C. On the palate it is harmonious, creamy and complex, with marked acidity and freshness, with hints of green apple, peach and compote. A salmon-pink sparkling wine with fine, delicate and persistent bubbles. Reminiscent of green apple, peach and compote. Harmonious, creamy and complex on the mouth with marked acidity and freshness.
